To avoid long waiting times during busy periods (weekends, school holidays and public holidays), we advise you to fly during the week or in the morning.

The Generali Balloon of Paris may be closed without notice, particularly in the event of adverse weather conditions. Before your visit, check in real time .

Pregnant women cannot take part in this adventure. We invite them, if they already have a ticket, to contact the ticket office to extend the validity of their ticket.
