Good to know

The balloon flies depending on weather conditions, it can stop at any time. Before your visit, check in real time here.

No reservation is required. Just come and exchange your ticket at the ticket office.

(*) Passengers with reduced mobility may board the balloon with their manual wheelchairs (only one wheelchair per flight). However, electric wheelchairs are not permitted. Pregnant women are prohibited from boarding the flight.
